Katy Caldwell is our new Program Administrative Specialist for the Community Fellowships & Initiatives Program. Prior to joining OSI-Baltimore, Katy was the Program Manager of Screening and Placement at the Jesuit Volunteer Corps, where she managed the placement of full time volunteers in 47 cities across the United States. She joined this organization in 2013 after being a Jesuit Volunteer herself at Fair Share Northgate II in Camden, New Jersey.
Emily Faxon is our new Program Specialist for the Education & Youth Development Program team. After graduating from Hopkins with a major in public health studies, Emily received her masters from Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, where she focused on epidemiology. Prior to joining OSI-Baltimore, Emily was a Research Assistant to the Dean of the Hopkins School of Education, where she had been working on a personalized learning model which allows students to learn at their own rate.
Jennifer Kim is our new Program Associate for Operations. Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where she received her degree and teaching certification in Elementary Education. Upon graduation, she returned to Baltimore where she taught at the Monarch Academy. Prior to joining OSI-Baltimore, she was a paralegal for the Intellectual Property litigation team at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan in Washington, D.C.
