Open Society Institute (OSI) – Baltimore : Audacious Thinking For Lasting Change
Clarke received a fellowship to establish Youthlight Baltimore in partnership with the American Friends Service Committee. Youth will document their lives and communities, explore their creativity and act as commentators and activists in their neighborhood through the creation of photographic images.
