Benton received a fellowship to work with youth across Baltimore City to create Youth Entrepreneur Associates (YEA!), a sustainable teen entrepreneur program. The program motivates teens to develop their talents and interests in career goals, to acquire employment skills, and to increase self-sufficiency through youth entrepreneurship.
