Hypki received a fellowship to work with inner-city youth to develop an environmental project that uses mosaic art and greening projects to beautify neighborhoods. Hypki teaches youth to market their mural making skills and sell mosaic objects. The project also encourages youth to contribute to tree planting, park stewardship, and other community efforts.
