Is Baltimore poised for a new relationship with its police department? Meet Baltimore’s new Police Commissioner Anthony Batts and hear his plans to strengthen community-police relationships. He will be joined by community leader Greg Carpenter, who works closely with OSI-Baltimore’s grantees and advocates. Greg will talk about the community’s challenges with police and ways to improve relationships to increase public safety.
