OSI-Baltimore’s Addiction and Health Equity and Criminal and Juvenile Justice programs collaborated on a request for proposals to distribute more than $700,000 in rapid response funding to provide critical support to Maryland residents who use drugs, are incarcerated, or were recently released from incarceration, and thus were at increased risks of contracting COVID-19, suffering a fatal overdose, or being re-incarcerated.
