In a series of thought-provoking questions, Jones wonders what Baltimore would be like if it “had what it really needs most?” From the creation of a “world class mass public transportation system” to the deconstruction of institutional and structural racism, Jones wonders what would happen if the people of Baltimore embraced “constructive opportunities and ideas as if our existence depended upon it?”
