2018 OSI Community Fellow, Graham Coreil-Allen has been working with residents in the Druid Hill and Reservoir Hill neighborhoods to organize Arches & Access,a temporary light art project and community parade celebrating the connections between surrounding communities and Druid Hill Park. The event will take place on Sunday, November 3, 5:30-9pm.
As part of his fellowship, Druid Hill Complete Streets, Coreil-Allen is working with stakeholders and community members to help re-envision the public spaces around Druid Hill Park
The November events are also in support of his efforts to develop the roads surrounding the park as complete streets, which are streets designed and operated to be safe and accessible for all, including pedestrians, transit users, wheelchair riders, and people who rely on bicycles.
