Last week, the 2018 cohort of OSI Community Fellows held their monthly gathering to share the progress of their projects and gather feedback and collective wisdom.
For the gathering, at the Parks and People Foundation Stone House, 2018 Fellow Ciera Daniel offered an update on her program, the Young Kings’ Leadership Academy, and gained insight from 2016 Fellow Deborah Ramsey, who runs another youth-oriented program, Unified Efforts. Graham Coreil-Allen, another 2018 Fellow talked about his project Druid Hill Complete Streets, and ongoing planning with the Department of Transportation on a survey of residents who live near Druid Hill Park about use of public spaces.
