Dr. Seema Iyer of the Baltimore Neighborhood Indicators Alliance opened the session with some to data to set the stage, and she does with all the sessions. Tara Hoffman, OSI’s former Criminal and Juvenile Justice Director, moderated the discussion with guests Shantay Jackson from the Mayor’s Office of Neighborhood Safety and Engagement and Erricka Bridgeford from Baltimore Ceasefire, followed by a case study presented by Pickett Harrington, the Community Engagement Lead at Seawall Development.
