This month’s Baltimore Magazine features 2018 OSI- Community Fellow, Graham Coreil-Allen, who uses public art to create traffic calming tools across Baltimore City. He works with residents, transportation officials, and traffic engineers to develop art that helps make streets safer and more accessible to everyone who uses them. This was the idea behind Coreil-Allen’s fellowship, Druid Hill Complete Streets.
