This morning, City Council President and Democratic Mayoral Nominee Brandon Scott announced nine co-chairs of his Transition Team, including OSI Director Danielle Torain, Advisory Board member Alicia Wilson, and 2018 Community Fellow Brittany Young. Read the full list of co-chairs.
“I am deeply honored to serve as a part of this incredibly talented and dedicated team, and at such a pivotal time for Baltimore,” says Torain, who joined OSI in January. “I look forward to contributing ideas while also finding creative ways to engage and elevate the voices of residents in this process, particularly those often unheard or underrepresented in these types of planning and agenda-setting efforts. Together, we will learn and devise actionable plans for collectively advancing justice, equity, and strengthened community-based investment in the city we all love.”
