OSI-Baltimore, along with Disability Rights Maryland and Behavioral Health System Baltimore will host a two-day community conversation, “Decriminalizing Disability: The Case for Crisis Response Services,” on November 21st and 22nd at Coppin State University. Participants will be able to learn about, prioritize and identify next steps to implement strategies to decriminalize disability and increase capacity of local behavioral health resources.
