The cover features students from Baltimore Dance Crews Project, founded by 2015 OSI-Baltimore Community Fellow Brian Gerardo, performing at the first of three events in OSI’s 20th Anniversary Speaker Series last year. The report includes a recap of the series, listings of all 2018 grants and donors, and highlights of our 2018 work, including the launch of our Advocacy and Leadership Training program, work to increase funding to youth-led movements, statewide expansion of restorative practices, and much more.
