Faces & Voices of Recovery, the nation’s leading recovery advocacy organization, has invited Scott Nolen, director of OSI-Baltimore’s Addiction and Health Equity program, to join its new, 12-member Criminal Justice Policy Committee.
“Through this committee, we will have an opportunity to guide our advocacy work and contribute to policy statements and campaigns to educate federal, state, and local representatives,” the organization said in an announcement. “The first step will be to identify key priorities that will eliminate discriminatory barriers and improve the continuity of care and recovery for those who are or have been justice-involved.”
