In 2017, the OSI-Baltimore Community Fellowships program launched the Community Fellows Network Strategic Advisory Group, which aims to strengthen connections among the 200 Fellows, discover and address shared needs, and explore ways to collaborate. The group formed five committees to advance its work: Skill Sharing, Healing, and Storytelling; public relations and Marketing; Thought Leadership; Mentorship and Transitions; and Dinner and Happy Hours.
Recently, the Mentorships and Transitions committee launched a peer coaching project, which pairs members of the fellows’ network with current fellows. This past week the committee hosted the first half-day training at the Avenue Market in Upton. In the photo above, 2018 Fellow Brittany Young meets with 2007 Fellow Shantel Randolph.
