The Campaign for Justice, Safety, and Jobs, an OSI-supported coalition including the ACLU of Maryland, CASA, and the No Boundaries Coalition, will host a People’s Town Hall on local police reform efforts. The event takes place at Archbishop Boarders School, 3500 Foster Ave., at 6 p.m., Tuesday, October 23rd.
On the agenda for the event, which promises “community, food, and power building,” are the following items:
- Changes in Baltimore Police Department policies – and information on how to submit feedback before the public commentary deadlines
- Discuss the Legislative fight for 2019 (Help us prioritize our legislative work, and share your own ideas!)
- Updates on Consent Decree process
