On Friday, more than a dozen Baltimore City high school students who are part of Community Law in Action (CLIA)’s youth leadership program visited the WBAL-TV studios to learn about broadcast journalism. OSI Community Fellow Terry Hickey founded CLIA, which trains young people to advocate for positive change in their communities, as part of his Fellowship in 1998. Hickey is now director of Mayor Catherine Pugh’s Office of Human Services.
