Next Thursday, July 6, the Campaign for Justice, Safety, and Jobs, an OSI-Baltimore grantee, is hosting a forum to interview the Consent Decree monitor applicants. Nearly all of the two dozen applicants will be on hand at the Coppin State University Health & Human Services Building to answer questions.
Under the terms of the consent decree, which Baltimore City entered into with the Department of Justice after the DOJ’s investigation of the Baltimore Police Department, an independent monitor will be selected to ensure the requirements of the agreement are implemented.
